Kathy Rusynyk grew up in Ohio, a dedicated animal lover, surrounded by nature - which she started drawing at an early age and has never stopped!

Over the years, Kathy has developed her style into what has been called "romantic realism" - colorful, charming, and even whimsical at times. She uses watercolors and colored pencils, and anything else that inspiration dictates, to create her beautiful nature illustrations.
