Nan & Kim Designs  

Nan and Kim met while pursuing their studies in textile design. With Kim's extensive quilt experience, Nan's graphic design background, and their newly acquired education, they enjoy collaborating on their fabric design projects.

Kim is an accomplished quilter and pattern maker. In 2000, she launched her own pattern company, Sugar Pine Designs, featuring her award-winning quilts. Many of her quilt designs have been published in the top quilter magazines and have been featured in calendars. Not only has she won awards in quilt shows, she has juried many. In short, Kim is experienced in every facet of the quilting process.

Nan is an established graphic designer. Her strong sense of visual rhythm, harmony, and balance is evident in all her designs. She always enjoyed working with fabrics, early on painting her designs on fabric before adapting them to a project. A lover of the outdoors, Nan's avocation is nature photography, especially flowers, which provides inspiration for her designs.
